I’ve taken quite a few flights before, and this one felt really secure the whole way through. Check-in was smooth, the staff stayed calm and organized, and everything onboard felt well handled. I felt safe and comfortable the entire trip.

I had a transfer with flydubai through Dubai and, umm, it was just alright overall. My first flight landed a little late, so I ended up rushing to the next gate, which was stressful. The staff did help when I asked, but the information on the screens wasn’t very clear, and the walk felt really long. I did make the connection in the end, and my bags arrived too, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the whole transfer process felt a bit more organized.

Booking through the site was easy, and the confirmation came through quickly. I did have to cancel one part of the trip later, and the refund request was straightforward enough. The money took longer to come back than I would’ve liked, which was a bit annoying, but support did respond and the refund eventually showed up. Not perfect, but I guess it got sorted.

Just a quick warning for anyone heading to the airport, don’t skip the online check-in if it’s available. I did mine in just a few minutes with no problems at all, and my boarding pass came through right away. It saved me a lot of time once I got to the airport.

I fly with flydubai every now and then, the loyalty program is fine?? Like, it’s not terrible at all, but it’s not exactly amazing either!!! The points seem to build up slowly, and the rewards feel kind of limited... If you’re flying a lot, then sure, it probably helps, I guess!! But for occasional trips, it’s just okay.

I had a small issue with my booking. The support guy sorted it out fast. I thought it would be more of a hassle. But it was easy. He was nice and polite too. Happy with the help.
